The Zambia Competition Commission is responsible for the administration of the Competition and Fair Trading Act. The Commission is responsible for enforcement of the Act. The Commission seeks to ensure compliance to the provisions of the Act. In this regard, the commission has provided an avenue to allow for submission of complaints against breaches of the Act.

This page allows you to place complaints regarding conduct that may be in breach of the Competition and Fair Trading Act.

The Commission will treat all the personal information of the complainant as strictly confidential. The Commission, however, requests that complainants provide their personal information so as to be able to communicate with complainants if this is required. Therefore, provision of personal details is not mandatory, but will be appreciated.
